The environment is very tough. Everything is numbers driven. Executive decision makers are under intense pressure to perform with virtually no investment in the campus to work with. This in turn creates a toxic campus environment for staff and academics professionals.

I feel embarrassed. It's a small school by design, but that doesn't mean it has to be run by MickeyMouse. From simple supplies to corporate communications, it was a terrible joke.

The usual - what's your experience, why do you want this job? the sales manager just talked and talked about himself and how different and special the culture was but it turned out to be like all the other schools, maybe worse

Sometimes a few weeks. They do not have a real procedure for the process and if HR wants to insert themselves then the process can take longer.
