Admissions Specialist (Former Employee) – Tempe, AZ – April 21, 2018
Best thing about it was the building. Nice gym, bean bag room for napping, glass walls, cafe, close to downtown Tempe. Good looking people working there. The workplace culture was young and energetic between the employees. The owners were upbeat and positive. In reality, they didn't hire the best managers and that squashed the positives. Staff treated like children - no fun stuff until you get your numbers up.
Enrollment Counselor (Former Employee) – Tempe, AZ – May 17, 2018
Management talks about keeping and nurturing a fun, family and energetic culture on the floor but only if you drink the kool-aid and do exactly what they say when they say it. The training manager is the exception to this statement. The biggest goal is to make sure to push and send everyone you contact to finance and then to the application whether they are qualified or not.
Online Adjunct Instructor (Current Employee) – Springfield, MO – December 11, 2017
Provided instruction, mentored and tutored students. Followed up with students that fell behind in their work, and I listened to their personal and education issue and provided positive feedback to motivate the student.
Admissions Advisor (Current Employee) – Tempe, AZ – November 2, 2017
if the only thing you are looking for is a little money this is a good place for that. High pressure, no wins, very little support, high turnover, the managers only look out for them selves. Will let you go with little notice.
Instructional Designer (Current Employee) – Remote – August 1, 2017
Bryan University has a great team atmosphere. I got the opportunity to work with designers, design managers, professors, and deans. The whole team works together to meet the goal which is in the best interest of their students.
Senior Admissions Coordinator (Current Employee) – Tempe, AZ – June 5, 2017
Good place to work. Grew from original online employee to management over the 7 years there. Innovative environment very technology driven. Culture in Admissions is changing and not as positive which is why I am looking for a new opportunity.
Admissions Advisor (Current Employee) – Tempe, AZ – March 21, 2017
It's a nice place to work, and I can say that I have never worked for a better company. One thing that you can count on be a constant, is change. The company has to make quick and plausible changes, while attempting to keep pace with our student population.
