Fair and accommodating in the beginning. Due to changes in management less time to prepare for class and more time in meetings became an issue
The classroom arena was worth it. But but near the end of my career there meetings became a priority over students.
The people, I worked with, in general, were very nice.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the students and autonomy.
The hardest part of the job was not being supported by management and the many unpaid meetings.
