Although the pay is amazing, it is not worth working at Buc-ee’s. Your breaks are are only 8-10 minutes long.. If you go over that time, you could get introuble. That is the only break you get except when you need to go to the bathroom. The managers are absolutely so rude and do not care. This place is good for a college job, a short period job. I would never recommend staying for more than 5 months and that’s if you get lucky, all the rules they have could get you fired within weeks.

I enjoy my job, for the most part. As with all jobs....there are days that frustrate but I believe things all go according to the vibe of the environment. Work with someone who has a bad attitude and you are going to hate your job. Be with someone who cares and makes work exciting and you will want to be there!

If you need a job for a short time, this place will work but beware, you could be fired at any time for the stupidest reason. The pay is decent but that's about it. It's a mentally draining job that honestly isn't worth it.

They look for any reason to write you up no warnings at all constantly under staffed because they treat there employees like garbage they pay good and still can’t keep employees because of the constant write ups they give everyone they really make you feel replaceable

Worthless health insurance, no local Dr's accept it. No lunch break, no pay raise ever unless you get promoted, no support from management, usually have to move in order to advance and be promoted (normally out of state). Company not capable of hiring staff as needed, so good employees are overworked and employees quiting constantly.
