Buckle does their interviews right on the sales floor which was very uncomfortable for me because I wore heels. They ask basic questions nothing to over whelming. The only con I would say is that I applied for assistant manager and after interviewing I was offered a job and the pay was $6.00hr plus commission and as an assistant manager I do not believe that is fair
Come dressed in Buckle clothes or at least a nicer pair of jeans and a nice shirt. come prepared with a small bit of knowledge about the company, like who the current president and vp are, what they sell, who their target shopper is.
