I traded stocks, bonds, securities for 10 yrs with this co. and it was a great firm to work for. The hardest part was when the market went the wrong way and i had to tell my client. I worked 9 hrs a day.

This is a small family run brokerage firm. The owners are very good people and very friendly. Its a nice place to work if you want to move away from corporate America.

Great culture, but you better bring your lunch pail

Buckman has a philanthropic culture that encourages and supports employee volunteerism and continuous education. Buckman is so supportive of employee volunteerism it will donate funds to a charity of your choice for so many hours of volunteer service. Buckman continues to hold traditional values high while embracing new business practices to survive and thrive in the new global economy. Buckman is great place to work, but understand long hours and heavy workload are the norm.
