If you were in charge, what would you do to make Buffalo Public Schools a better place to work?

I think OTs and Pts should be buffalo employees to treat kids on caseload. Speech therapists are hired directly by district and do not have to be residents and also can choose to work 10 months not 12. The OTRS are forced to do 12 months and there are only 6. While there are dozens of SLP.
