My interview process lasted 3 days! I felt like it was never gonna end and also you have to go through answering the same questions every interview. It’s very detailed and you have to dress the part. They interview you as if you were applying for the corporate position. Also after the third interview you still don’t find out if the job is your or not. You have to wait on the manager to call you. The location i had interviewed at the assistant store manager was very intimidating so don’t let them intimidate you.

Got dressed up and casual formal. Walked into the location that I was applying at. Was directed by the cashier to go sit at a back table where the general manager would be meeting me. Ran through my past employment experiences and my skills. and kind of where I wanted to be in 10 years. It was a pretty smooth easy process in my opinion very professional.

Overkill for the position. It's like wearing a ball gown to a softball game. They could ease up a little and put that energy some where else in my opinion. Especially with the turn over.
