Horrible place to work
Installation Technician (Current Employee) –  Raleigh, NCMarch 25, 2018
Horrible place to work, dont even bother filling out an application here. They dont pay their employees enough for the work that they put in. By far the most penny-pinching company I've worked for they make so much money but dont know how to pay their employees correctly, they lie about how much your gonna make claiming its $10 an hour but then they have this whole formula that they do for incentives just to pay you less then what you have actually worked you have a better chance filling out an application with blind ambitions or another blind company in your area.
Pros
Travel
Cons
No breaks, always on the road, pay is horrible

Loved working with everyone here even management. They had good benefits as well as advancement opportunities. There is a lot of traveling, but they had company vehicles for that and the trips were worth it for this company. I felt very appreciated for what i brought to the company as a whole.

Not very Professional
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLJanuary 3, 2017
Builders Blinds was not a designed position for me with my background and skills, I would recommend it for a teenager fresh out of high school to get some experience in the work field., There was no room for advancement and no ability to grow.
