Where do I start? Started working there in July of 2017 and at first it seemed great. The department mgr.Carolina stated she would always stick ip for her drivers as long as they were in the right which I found out was very wrong! The dispatch mgr,Patrick Peters is an egotistical young brat that shouldn't even have the position he is in due to the fact that he is very unqualified. He as no idea how to resolve issues and dosnt care what anyone has to say. He will make a bad judgment call on any issue and has no clue how to treat people. He has a severe problem with cussing any employ if he is addressed with an issue that even has an easy fix. Richie Deloach, the plant mgr is a great guy but will turn a blind eye to many issues but will show favoritism to to a few like Ronald Moock as well as Patrick Peters. Patrick has stated many times in my presents that we were nothing but stupid truck drivers. It also seems that all mgmt turns a blind eye win concerning racism.
My advice to anyone looking for a job here in Savannah Ga with this company is to do your homework thoroughly. They do pay well and the ins. is good and most of the drivers are great guys as well as a few of the office staff but only a few. Me personaly, I don't take kindly to being cussed at and belittled she you are just going to mgmt with an issue that needs to be handeled, an issue that they themselves discussed in a meeting with the driver staff.
