Don’t do it !

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Not worth it !! If you wanna be underpaid and criticized for everything little thing than this is the job for you. They are always watching over your shoulder and how you answer the phone. They expect you to know everything within their time frame, don’t want you to use or notes and want you to memorize how to do everything in your head. Expect to you to ask for training for parts of your job. Critique how you greet patients like your stupid or something. Just really not worth it for 16$ per hour. Also expected to participate in team bonding activities outside of work and not paid for it. Ohh The list goes on. It’s a super cliquey environment and if you don’t fit in within their standards they’ll do whatever to replace you. There’s better employers out there!!

Burch Dental Rocks!

Burch Dental has helped me grow so much in my career. I feel like I have a sense of purpose every day. I actually enjoy coming to work. My co-workers have become more like family. The precautions Burch Dental has taken since we resumed working after closing down due to Covid speak volumes about how much the owners care about their employees and patients.

Burch Dental is truly a great place to work! The entire team is committed to providing nothing short of excellent care to all of our patients. I love being apart of a team (Doctors included) who are dedicated to both their teams and their patients. Hands down the best work environment I've ever worked in.
