Could be worse
Management can really drag their feet on things but they genuinely care a lot. They are in a weird transition at the moment so it often feels as if nobody has their ducks in a row. Honestly it's not a bad place to work because hours are flexible, it's not awfully hard, and the busy seasons aren't awful. Pay is decent but it is definitely not high.
