It's a good place to work for a first job but the pay is less than what you would find at other similar places. The people you work with are nice thought and the atmosphere is enjoyable.

Just assume you gonna get poor hours, the pay is not good. Mangers will say if you good you can get a raise, dont believe it, the owners say we don't make enough for employees to deserve a raise. They will say the reason we aren't making money is cause the employees, not the 8 other burger places just like us within a mile of location. Breaks are iffy cause the under schedule to make labor, the manager will sooner cook all night then have one other person scheduled.

Customers treat you like lesser beings, owner don’t seem like they care, District manager is never helpful or around, in store managers are great and really care about their staff

the good burger fi had was when our first General Manager trained me and was very good at it an respectfull and making sure none of us was messing up, telling us what we did wrong and how to fix it. The bad was the new general manager was kinda nice at first but after while he just was so rude being in workers face and yelling and i just never had a job that ever did that i stayed a little longer there with him just to see how he sees things , but the new manager is more of the guy who taking to much control over the power of being a manager

This job was a solid 2/5. Since this was my first job, it was a bit overwhelming. If you have some experience working in a restaurant/fast food, then you should be OK. The management there hardly helped out any workers in the front, and most of the time they would force all the new people to do everything. New workers were also blamed for quite a bit. Some people there were cool, I interacted with all of them, but I'd much rather just do what I have to do. Some days sucked, others were pretty slow and kinda fun since us and the other coworkers would find stuff to do.Overall, I don't recommend this if this is your first job.
