If you were in charge, what would you do to make Burgerfi a better place to work?

7 answers

  • Treat people like they matter

  • I would include a benefits or incentives program so the employees could work towards something greater for themselves

  • I would treat you the workers better, and give the workers a better pay rate.

  • Schedule more people in the kitchen, because I often find myself working multiple stations due to the lack of staff. I would also make the raise process easier because I was promised a raise and never got it for several months. I quit due to this.

  • Implement proper training, give employees promotions/raises fairly based off of their work

  • Related questions (more answers below):

  • Have a monthly job fair constantly hiring new talent to stir up the diversity in the company for positive growth as a team and a brand.

  • I thought Burgerfi was a great place to work and would not change anything.
