Short interview with the owner and the manager, was hired on the spot
Study the menu come back and take a menu test
On site, typical conversation with review of skills and what a new employee can add to the team.
Well structured, the HR team and upper management are looking for people first then experience.
Interesting and tricky. As in I was tricked into thinking the job had more opportunities than it really does.

During the interview process, we try to figure out if you will fit well with us. We look for strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
I went in and filled out an application. I spoke to a manager briefly and got called within an hour saying i got the job and to show up for orientation the following week.
