Our newly employed manicurists each receive a 5-6 day in house training, all designed to elevate the Burke Williams experience. Training includes, customer service, spa mani/pedis and gel service protocols, and our signature nail care enhancements featuring Farmhouse Fresh.
Our lovely 8 week, hands on training will prepare our newly hired estheticians to be among the finest in the spa industry. This in depth training will focus on all skin care areas to ensure your success: extensive product knowledge on our exclusive H2V brand as well as Eminence Organics products, waxing techniques, and our signature 22 point accupressure facial massage. We also teach body mechanics and ergonomics to ensure longevity and we focus on customer service and sales education so your clients will have the best quality service.
Our newly employed massage therapists each receive a 3-5 day in house training, all designed to elevate the Burke Williams experience. Training includes, customer service, draping for maximum privacy, and our signature aromatherapy enhancements featuring Body Bliss oils.
Our 2-3 week front desk training focuses on Guest experience. Covering not only our extensive menu of spa services, the front desk training will help you master our booking system, superior customer service standards, and ensuring our guests have the WOW experience for which we are known.
