I was told that once you are hired they require a 2 year commitment/contract. Is that true for an esthetics?

No, I worked there back in 2014-2016 at that time I wasn't required to sign a contract. But their training required a 8-9 wk commitment; you had to pass Burke Williams Training before you could work on their floor.

Definitely not true. Once hired as an Esthetician, you go through a paid 8 week training process to teach you about the protocol of the company and you learn about products. When the 8 weeks is over you test out and start to work on actual clients. There is no obligation to stay with the company for 2 years.
