Really, it's what you make of it. The staff are very friendly. Like any company there are areas for improvement, but when it gets down to it we all pull together to do what we can to help one another. After 3 years I can say it's important for me to remember that it's a place where "you'll never get everything done." There are multiple continuous processes for each client from admission to discharge across most departments. There's always more that can be done. It's not a volunteer organization or anonymous program. It's a high-intensity, professional, health care setting with a vision of clinical excellence and client care.
