If you are a full time associate you get a guarantee 40 hours

If you are part time associate it can go up to 20+ hours sometimes if they have overtime but it varies.

From the Shawnee, KS location I noticed that
Receiving Associates didn’t get hours at all 12-20 at MAX. If they wanted more hours they were expected to help out during the weekends. Part Time Cashiers and Sales Associates ranges anywhere from 15-30 (we were short handed a lot so they’d make us work long hours). When we weren’t short handed anywhere from 12-20.

Varies greatly. Anytime from 9:30 a to 10:30pm 4 hr with 15 min break 6.5 hr get 30 min unpaid lunch only over 7 hr get two 15 min and unpaid lunch. This is floor assoc. and cashier. Holiday hours are until midnight.(Christmas)
