Depends if you do full or part time. At least here in MA, I can only be put on 4 hour shifts, with a max of 15-20 hrs per week (because of my age). Usually get anywhere from 7 to 14 hrs, sometimes less, but will be added on or asked to come in

Pay attention to your employees. Talk to them, ask them how things are going and if they need help with anything. Be easy to get a hold of. Don't show up for 2 minutes and then disappear for a whole day, especially during the holiday season when things are crazy.

I quit my job at Burlington because it was way too much work for little pay and also because I have found a better opportunity within my career path that I'm studying for.I had no issue with working with customers or coworkers, but this was simply just to gather money to buy myself some time before a letter first internship arrives. That or dealing with families that seem angry all the time is just too exhausting for me to go through every single day.
