I applied before I moved so I could get a head start on getting a job. I set the interview up online and came in the day I scheduled it. The whole process didn’t take very long and was told right after that the job wa mine if I wanted it.

My experience,
I applied Saturday night, got a call the next day, asking if I would be able to come in for an interview, I agreed. The following day, I got there about five minutes before the interview began. The Loss Preventions guy escorted me to the backroom, he was very polite. He pointed out the guy I was about to interview with, so I introduced myself, The manager/ supervisor said to have a seat in his office because he was expecting a few more people. I walked in the room and sat down, the room was an average sized office area with a desk in the middle and some chairs. I thought it was gonna be a one on one session, but to other people walked in , and then the interview process began.

He walked in, sat down, and told us about the company and what to expect, he was a very nice guy. In between questions, he would ask other mini follow up questions to get to us on a personal level.

Q.1 Tell me about your background/work history and what duties did you do?
Q.2 Why did you leave your previous jobs?
Q.3 Do you have in question?

He explained that during the training process (on a computer for 4hr) he will sit with us to point out the key parts that we need to pay attention to. Then he sent (via email) all of us back ground checks to fill out. After a cleared BC, then we will be able to fill out tax papers. Now it's the waiting game.

Pay starts at $9 an hour. Hours are from 12-15 a week, if he likes how hard we work he will give us more hours 20-30+.

Stupid. I was interviewed at the same time along with 3 other candidates. I felt like it was very unprofessional because it felt as if you were in a competition. A competition for a minimum wage job. I was offered only 7.50 for a stocking position. Pending a increase to 9.00 if they like the way I work. Are you kidding me? That is nothing! Declined offer. A complete waste of time!
