They simply dont care ,treated like dogs ,the most unprofessional ,people ive met in my life
There's one thing I have learned in this world there will always be somebody that's unsatisfied but that person do not stop the world from going around I believe in the store I believe what people can do if they put they mind and effort into doing it I want to chance to be part of it
Pay attention to your associates other get stuck doing more work because others are slacking. Some key holders and supervisors abuse their power and will get people to do their job for them. Communication is key. My managers don’t even talk to me. Be a leader, get out of your office and help out.
Hire enough people for the store! A few select people get stuck doing all the hard work PLUS run a register and get all the work done. They run you into the ground. I really loved working there but corporate makes the decisions and they keep those purse strings tight!!!
Managers need to lead by example and step out of the office and work on the floor to get the true experience.
Professionalism and to be fair with promotions. I've seen people get promoted to full-time and they complain and wine when the workload gets to much
