Met with department managers who might be interested in hiring you for their departartment in several different disciplines. You could get an offer from one or five different managers, or of course none of them. I got offers from two of them and was able to choose which I was most interested in. You will also meet with HR and one of the VP's. Of course all of this is if you get past the initial interview process. If you are in a different state you will do a recorded Skype interview with pre-determined questions asked by someone in HR. You will be given several oportunities to re-record your answer. After that, if they have further interest you will be flown, all expense paid, to the location in which you will be interviewed in person.
Interview was very thorough and complete. Met with Engineers, Managers, Department Assistants, Human Resources. They all made me feel comfortable during the interviews. The Questions were related to my college experiences and work experiences.
