Depends on the Department, but I've heard it's changed quite a bit since I was there.

What is the potential to move up with the company? Is there an emphasis on promoting from within?

Tons, they ONLY promote from within. Every single person from the outside (at least at the Director level and up) is fired within 2 years. That's a real stat.
