I never once felt pride in working there. The only people that do are the lifers who have never experienced how a real restaurant and team works. It felt very much that if you weren't a Burton's person they would find a way to minimize your experience and send you packing
I felt proud at first, over time the politics of the restaurant and management's favoritism began to cause my pride to dwindle into shame.
Proud until they knew about the dumpster fire behind the scenes
Amazing. I love working for such an amazing company. They are involved with the community, everyone is super friendly, and just the food that Burtons has is remarkable and out of the ordinary.
