Stop treating your assistant managers so atrociously. I've seen this happen too many times. A good worker gets promoted to assistant manager, and then things change instantly. Once someone becomes an assistant manager, it's apparently ok to employ tactics like verbal abuse and bullying. I don't know if this happens at every store, but at my store it's usually the case. Our current produce/floral assistant manager is leaving now because of this, it's hilarious to me watching Busch's try and convince him to stay now that they know he's leaving. Should have just treated him well from the start, then they wouldn't be having this problem yet again. Very disappointing.
