Take notes, this is how you run a company

Business Insider is run like a well-oiled, yet pleasant and compassionate machine. It comes from hiring the right people and then fitting them into a refined work structure where they are given the right amount of autonomy and support. I loved my supervisors and I loved my direct reports, in main part because of the office culture of clear, positive communication. I may not have been a perfect fit in terms of culture (not quite a business/politics wonk), but I never met anyone I didn't get a long with or feel encouraged by. A really fun, rewarding place to be.
Fantastic work culture and environment, great management systems, beer fridge
A little reliant of clickbait tactics
