A typical work there is so relax at the office. The hardest part of working there very high demand from the client. You have to be on point with everything the you have to present to the client.

Stay away from these people go find another job with an American company and American employees that you can understand and you can relate to

What is the best part of working at the company?The only good part of working for them was when I was doing working for them and I was shattered that company I had a emergency come up that I had to have two weeks off this was a life and death event they wanted me to only work or rather to take off one week I would call them for any matter and they wouldn't call me back until it was morning in India they make out that they are in Baltimore Maryland but why is it that they only respond to requests when it becomes basically daylight hours in India.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Most stressful part of working for that company they aren't in the United States and they don't understand there is such a huge cultural difference between America and India it is ridiculousWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?They are all in India they aren't even in the US. I felt very slighted and exploitedWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?I have no idea since because that the company isn't in the United States regardless of what they tell you I would try to call a representative and I would wind up getting Google voicemail that is not professional and I know that they are from another country

Benefits lacking with no advancement

HR is horrible, PMs are unreachable for BI contractors who don’t work at HQ. Choice of benefits is lacking and compensation is lower than average for title positions in this area. Recruiting team does not screen candidates well and lack of support for employees is due to high turnover. No bonuses given, only strange Indian candy mailed to you for foreign holidays.

Business Integra is an awesome place to work where you learn about new technologies. The workspace is family friendly and management is really well. Employees are always taken care of be it on time salary and amazing incentives.

Unclear work expectations and no respect for employees

I understand that this company is centered to working with federal contracts and trying to please their clients however they need to be responsible for their actions especially the COO. If you don't make sure a client is pleased, the COO will mistreat you as an employee. There's a lot gossip among the employees also but there are also a lot of nice employees who asks how you're doing. It is hard to communicate with the people you want to communicate with and you can be blamed if you are unable to reach a person even though you tried your best. COO is very selfish and do not respect his employees that much. Job expectations are not clear and not much training involved.

Overall good learning experience.

Forced to accept alternative lifestyle cultures which forced themselves on you. I was not opposed to those points of view, I just didn't want to have them forced on me personally. No respect of boundaries.

Poor Leadership with Sink this Ship

The COO runs everything himself - mistrust of staff. I question whether this company really meets the requirements of being a true Women-owned small businesses - the owner (a woman) is very reserved and stays in her office all day. Her husband (the COO) is a manic individual who takes every action on himself. Potential visa and labor violations - stay away from this one.

I had a good experience working @ Business Integra, and am thankful to their FSO, for being helpful to me even after my time there. Good integrity, and their leadership is always available.

Staffing Company/Federal Contractors

I was completely mislead about the project I was recruited to support. It turned out to be a short term project and when it ended abruptly "due to funding" from the prime... Business Integra never even called me to tell me. This company could use some education in the are of business ethics, integrity and professional courtesy. Five days before my COBRA option expired BI sent me an email with the required information. These people are not reliable and I would never recommend working for them.
