Owners only care about their financial bottom line. They are not personable, and will walk all over their best employees whom have worked for the company for years if it means saving themselves a penny, and certainly if it means earning them one one. Communication between the managers and the owners is horrid. Schedules are inconsistent, and are rarely posted in any sort of timely manner. Horrible employees are overlooked as not being a problem, while good employees may be reprimanded and written up for the slightest mess up. Morale is horrible, and staff does not feel supported by their superiors. Turnover rate is high, as with many service industry jobs. It's a fine job to have if you need a job in a pinch in order to earn a little fast cash, but most people do last here long at all.
Flexible schedules, night shift available, don't check for proper SI licenses upon hiring
Poor management, inconsistency
