Stop saying thank you for feedback and say we will look into it and fix the problem. Give raises. Stop favoritism. Look into the way supervisors perform their jobs

I would like it if C&W was able to move employees to a new job site once a job ends. For instance, the plant we were working in closed and now I am laid off and having to search for work.

Maintain daily observation report to improve work performance useing the OSHA 1910. and the 1926. Regulation and having weekly safety meeting with all the front line supervisors.
