Should give your employees raises not
Just when the cost of living is increased every few years! People work here and are loyal and dependable and bust their hump and for what? They aren't going to be getting a raise to show they're appreciated!

Stop saying thank you for feedback and say we will look into it and fix the problem. Give raises. Stop favoritism. Look into the way supervisors perform their jobs

I would like it if C&W was able to move employees to a new job site once a job ends. For instance, the plant we were working in closed and now I am laid off and having to search for work.
