Terrible place to work. Safety is nonexistent. Managers are without a doubt the worst I’ve met.
Horrible place management doesn’t know how to do their job.. unprofessional. Do not stand up for employees.. say as i do not as a i say company when asked for higher up info wasn’t given!!
HR was horrible. I filled out the beginning paperwork at least 4 times and they still did not get it right. The micro manager is awful. You literally cant work. Iv never been this restricted to get a job done. I believe safety is number 1 but this is insane. I understand they are trying to make a safe environment but i don't think they are heading in the correct direction with it. The manager will get mad if you do your job and get mad if you don't do your job. You can't win here.
Horrible management, No on-site HR so authority tends to take advangtage and harass good hardworking employees. The benefits and overall job was pleasant but being in an environment were you feel bullied has racially discriminations against certain employees. No day at work is a good. It’s quite unfortunate because if HR actually had a presense at the work sites I believe circumstances would be different .
Onsite is a family and I loved every one of them. Even though I lead by integrity and during my tenure I stopped pencil whipping and built up a healthy backlog of work orders they are all now exposed yet again by being made to pencilwhipping wotk orders.

Discrimination, not truthful at all. Cuthroat. Everyone is in fear at losing their jobs. Managers supervising relatives even though its against C@W Policy (double set of Standards). not a good place to work!
Cut throat, most everyone is in fear of losing thier jobs. Mgmt plays favorites, a double set of standards and discrimination exists big time. Mgmt supervising relatives even though its against C & w policy
Hideous. Manager only talks to a person when they are about to get yelled at. Everyone scared to do their work for fear of being fired. All we hear is you will be fired.
It's like being thrown into a washing machine but instead of water it's acid and when the spin cycle hits is when you completely lose your sanity after being burned.

Laid back and relaxed. They dont expect you to stay gun ho for hours at a time especially when its too hot or too cold. They give you small 10-15 breaks to cool down and warm up. To help they provide coffee, hot chocolate, slushies, and popcorn.
