Young Lady on original phone interview was polite and very nice. She did seem to be parroting a script and a novice for the level position we were talking about. She set up interview with managing partner. Call started 45 minutes late. Nothing polite and very disengaged from the very beginning. Stopped interview to take a call for 5 minutes. No apologies. When he came back on he was still very disengaged and arrogant. I am not sure where this would have gone. Because I told them to withdraw me from consideration. We are all usually on our best behavior at this phase and I was not about to get involved with someone of such little class.

On average, I worked approximately 10 hours. Often 12 (8:30-830). Which is acceptable when you are paid appropriately. C-4 flat out does not (39,000).

The fact that 5 different "managers" are looking over your every move. This counter-productive micro-management leads to poor/stressful working environments, negative culture, and ultimately exreme distrust among co-workers.
