It's a great place until it isn't
Sometimes it seems like the company doesn't really know what it wants to be. In terms of compensation, it has gone downhill for the front-line retail reps, meanwhile I doubt the VP's are making any less. Inconsistency on what they say they want to do and how they reward for doing those things. Complicated policies.
