No evidently not because during interviews they said as long as it’s not within last 7 years I was good! Mine was 12yrs ago and then after completing orientation and safety courses I was to start on Monday morning! Was about to leave Monday morning for work and got call saying I could not be employed due to felony cause they just changed policy 2 months ago!
If it’s true get your recruiters the correct information and don’t build up someones expectations only to be let down!

Yes, they do!!!!! I’m on probation right now and my felony charge I just got in January last year in 2017. I also told them in my first interview cause that is a question they will ask, but I did tell them I had a felony for retail theft and they still wanted me. I also have a lot of call center background too so I don’t know if that helped my case.
