Morale with this company is low and turnover is high. Management, especially upper management, does not seem to care about the employees. You are just a number.
Better training, more complete, and training via internet classes where you can see the steps and hear the instructor.
Take a hard , in depth look at what is going on in the N.Charleston location. The management team needs to be replaced, too much nepotism and a very nasty attitude toward non management employees.
Communication through the company is terrible. This is the most mismanaged company I've ever been apart of in my professional life.
