Depending on the position, there are questions that will address basic competencies for the position as well as technical. For example, questions will be more geared towards style and interactions with children if you are interviewing for a teacher, versus a position that is based out of one of our regional offices.

Many of our interviews will take place at a center. Business Casual is best for purposes of the interview. Come prepared to speak to some of your past experiences or projects you have worked on to illustrate your skill sets in competencies like Teamwork and Communication and working with children. Be sure to ask questions of the hiring manager as well. Take a deep breath and be yourself!
