Listen to your employees, work together to improve things in the company, maybe hire a person, who will work with the COO, or president. I think the head man has so much to worry about, and accomplish, if you had a individual to be in charge, report to the president, or CEO, YOUR SENDING the message that you do care about the employee's, and Their needs and wants from the company. Turn over of employee's changing jobs. It is not rocket science, treat others the way you wanted to be.

I would have work force staff properly. am break, lunch, pm breaks would be at least 2 hours apart. i would over staff so in case any one is ill or out we would have the manpower to help with the xalls and not over exerting the employees

I was hired for a given contract. No effort was made to see if they could find me something after the contract ended. Given the amount of money I made for them on the short term contract, you would like they might want to see what they could do to retain me.

Act as an advocate for your employees. EOIR is an abusive employer, and the contract employee had no recourse.
