Very unfiendly of an own and 2nd shift CNC supervisor. Fired me and gave no reason. Did not want to train me to run CNC lathes and did not want to help either with me having no prior experience.

Great programs to learn cnc machining.

Cnc manufacturing is a great job when it comes to wanting to learn how to set up cnc machines and everything that comes with how to inspect the parts you produce.
Pros
Free school programs, 4 day work week 3 day weekend. Great hands on training
Cons
Poor comunication when superviser isnt there to run shop.

Continuously productive work place with typical family run business

Co-workers are supportive; helping each others and sharing experiences. Management also supportive but with a typical family run business sometimes give people unecessary stressful. Join the company for a short contract project requiring an experience Quality Control Technician

Anyone who want to work a lot OT, then that's the place when they have a job. Pay great, but no phone allow. most of co-workers are very friendly.
