First thing I would do is listen to everybody on each shift to make sure that let the company is running good and let the clients are happy with the guards I would make changes myself but I would have to observe to make sure this CPS is run properly

Submit the hours to the employee guards I'll make sure they get the proper 8 8 to 10 hour shifts if requested time anybody that doesn't want to come to work and work their shift to bring in a note from the doctor otherwise stay home

First thing I would do to give the guard a raise I would see how his Premier performance is how he comes to work is he on work on time and he doesn't he doesn't come dressed sloppy
