CSC policy management call center was lead by a selfish manager who did nothing but create a hostile work environment. Career advancement was a joke and complaints to the HR director went on deaf ear. It's no wonder this company had a mass reduction in force over the years streaming from the leadership from top to the bottom.

Enjoy working here but do not enjoy the management style. They write it off as "off hands management" but really they talk behind your back, gossip, and then it all hits you at once with no warning or conversation. Management is disrespectful and unprofessional. Would never recommend.
