What advice would you give the CEO of CVS Health Retail about how to improve it?
Not all store level management doesn’t care about their associates. Management is responsible for making sure you are doing what corporate wants and holding you accountable for it. Carepass should not be in that, more work less hours. Be quick with people get them in and out but ask them 40 questions make them sign up for things and get their flu shot on the way out. Men tend to make more as managers. More hours are needed for health of employees, patients and company. The work to employee to customer
Ratio is DANGEROUS.. the company always talks about how to make things better. Always wants to take a step in making employees happy. 1child care assistances would be nice for those employees you want to work weekends and nights bc most places close at 6 and no weekends. 2. Give more hours or have on all flex staff management/ technicians who can fill in what ever position necessary. Your pharmacist are over whelmed and you just keep trying to push them scare of losing their jobs that they no longer complain about being scared that someone could get hurt bc they don’t have time or enough hours to complete all necessary tasks. The rotating employee could easy go to each ex in the district for a day and do outdates, rts, and have a days worth. Happy employees make happy customers, more hours makes happy employees
When you are working under stressful conditions weekly pay is important...at least employees can have something to keep them working for the job and the turn around rate may be lower. But respect of employees is a must.
Its stressful. short staffed and lots to do. Beware if you dont keep up on the modules (lcvs earnet) you willl get fired or suspended. They dont care about you.
I was interviewed and was told he would call me with a job offer in a few days then email to except job offer
Depends on the area you live in and how big your store is. Mine is fast paced and I love it that way!
