Give the stores more hours!!! Both pharmacy and front store are so terribly understaffed.
If you want the metrics met, Cvs has many awesome employees that are willing to go in day after day and give it their all- but we need to have enough staff to accomplish ‘helping people on their path to better health’ and we can’t do that being stretched so thin! That’s a BIG part of why existing employees burn out and leave, or stay but are so unhappy.
And please, for the public’s safety start giving pharmacists a lunch. 30 minuets a day for them to eat, use the bathroom, and recharge themselves- treat them as you’d want to be treated being responsible for everything going on in the pharmacy during their shift!!

Submitted application and got a call back the same day. Went in for an interview about a week later and got the job on the spot. Asked general questions about customer service and past jobs. The only part that is annoying is having to have an orientation at a different cvs.
