How about you work at an entry level for one month and get an understanding on why your Mangement Teams cant seem to take care of the employees that really work hard. At a store level there really is no appreciation.

When you are working under stressful conditions weekly pay is important...at least employees can have something to keep them working for the job and the turn around rate may be lower. But respect of employees is a must.
