Take time out for your employees, get to know them and visit your stores. Talk to them in person. Read their reviews listen and respond to their inquires. Visit them and this will help you make better corporate decisions. Most important thing is too remember that there is no company without them. Also incentives should be given.

When you are working under stressful conditions weekly pay is important...at least employees can have something to keep them working for the job and the turn around rate may be lower. But respect of employees is a must.
