Start by having a better training program. Staff stores adequately.!! ALL members of management should treat employees with respect and show appreciation, especially when they work their butts off. Employees need to be treated like real people that actually have lives outside of CVS, we all do have families.!Everyday there are challenges we face like not enough employees, extremely rude customers, insurance companies, ALL the different areas in workflow, and of course not to mention the endless phone calls.

Submitted application and got a call back the same day. Went in for an interview about a week later and got the job on the spot. Asked general questions about customer service and past jobs. The only part that is annoying is having to have an orientation at a different cvs.
