Care about your employees as much as you care about the revenue. Our store was robbed and corporate did nothing to prevent that from happening. It's nerve racking. The day the robbery happened upper management was more concerned about reopening the store instead of our safely. It's pathetic.

Don't treat employees like thieves by doing bag checking everytime we leave the store.

Pay a decent amount of money so people actually stay at this company. They demand so much work to be done and always under staffed but they still try to pay is little as possible. No annual raises. If you do get a raise every 4 years or so it would be like 20 cents. It's embarrassing for a huge company like this.

Don't always think about your profit and big bonus only there are people working hard everyday in the store for you to get this HUGE bonus. Appreciate them for their work and value your employees safely more than your income/bonus.

Pay a living wage on a proper scale like Home Depot and Costco. This company has made it to the "Big Leagues" but is still trying to hire people in NY NJ & CT for $9/hr like the cost of living isn't the highest in the country. Maybe one day they will see that in Thier employees they get what they pay for. Even Red Robin sees that as Thier starting pay is $13/hr! Wake up CVS and see the size corporation you have become then act responsibly in accordance.

Have meetings with all associates in the pharmacy and floor once a month to keep everyone on the same page. Preferably at end of month

Create a better working environment by treating your employees like you actually care about them. Set realistic expectations to measure success instead of setting us up for failure. Provide proper training, a better work/life balance, and recognize good employees. Remember that RX and the front store really couldn't be successful without the other.

Cut the overhead and put the hours back into the stores like it was with the former CEO. When you have enough team members to do the job, you attract talent, have time to develop rising stars, have a work/life balance, and are much better prepared to provide customers the service they deserve.
