Totally unrealistic goals. Terribly disorganized. I.T. Issues are an unimaginable obstruction. Doesnt seem like the hiring process is attracting capable people. It's an absolute cluster.

Management has unrealilistic expectations, no idea how to perform tasks of the technicians effectively but expect more from the techs. Never has solutions to issues just expects issues to resolve by miracle. Always pushing for quantity instead of productive quality. Don't seem to truly listen when spoken to. Equipment upgrades sometime hinder workflow instead of helping move faster.
