We have a great team and the pharmacists are the best! Tech hours cut, which makes it quite stressful, especially this time of year with customers' new insurances. Long time on feet, sometimes 11 hour shifts, can be hard on the feet.

The place is full of gossip, managers only care about themselves. No training what so ever. You get thrown in and expected to be great at everything.

Soon as I find something better I'm out of here!
I work in Solon and honestly I've never worked with a nastier group of characters.
The trainers or "Smes" are lazy, rude, pompous and they gossip abt the new hires like they are in high school.
I only like two of the trainers but the rest are garbage.
There are lots of young people in my department and they are rude, aggressive and make jokes and rude comments in the virtual chats during our training.
If I didn't need the money I'd quit yesterday.
I don't see myself lasting more than a few months, otherwise I'd be found under the desk, eating my hair.
I HATE this place. I must have been a monster in my former life for the universe to send me to this awful work environment full of sleaze bags.

Worst job.Corporate is making millions but refuses to give people raises.Anyone non management with 15 years or more experience are capped.Myself and many like me have no raise for 4 years now.Company does not care about their employees. Our medical benefits are simple do not get sick .If your store does well expect nothing .Mangers get bonus do not share even a pizza party or something .Good job for young people wanting low pay and stress.Once was a career job not anymore.
