Dump Truck Driver in Phoenix, AZ

Great money for drivers. Usually hurry up and wait work. I just wish drivers were let in on what the plans and schedules are more. Most people here are willing to help if you have questions. Hence MOST. If the person doesn’t like you don’t expect much more than a cold shoulder and sarcasm. But almost all the employees are great people! Health benefits could be better. For family of four expect to pay $260/week...

Was pretty good. Just road construction so you know what you're getting into. It's a good enough job of you're looking for something in this field. Can be long hours and driving around to job sites or HQ. But that's to be expected. Just drink lots of water.

not a good place to work. No one knows what they are doing, everyone runs around, can never get a simple questions answered, office people are always on long lunches.

I came into this company with zero knowledge about the construction industry, but they welcomed me and I have learned so much! Everyone in the office is super nice and it’s a fun work environment. Cactus loves to promote within the company; I’ve already been able to move up in the year I’ve been here. The laborers are all really hard workers and do a great job getting things done in the field. Overall, Cactus is a really great company to work for and I’m really grateful for the opportunity to work here!

No Communication, back stabbing going on all the time never feeling secure a your job no training a lot of unprofessional things going on in the office as well as in the field. Nobody’s working everybody’s partying and going to after hours and always at lunch.
