Just horrible. That's all I have to say!

Answered

Lack of support from management, causing high turnover rates and unhappy employees. Long days and weeks, sometimes without breaks. Also, you have to work a lot of holidays including the day after Christmas as well as Christmas Eve. Sick policies are also not respected by parents nor management so teachers are frequently getting sick and having to miss days, which unjustly makes management angry.

Very relaxed. You come in they ask you to interview with the assistant director, then if they think you would be well suited they have you interview with the director, and finally you do a working interview where you are put into a classroom and can see if that is something you’d be truthfully interested in doing, along with making sure you and the children make a good fit.

You have to earn your PTO and Sick Time. It accrues at a snails pace. You must put in at least 2 weeks before the day you need off. But they are always short staffed so time off gets denied or you are asked to still come in for different hours.
