professional and caring management team

I enjoy problem solving and i am very detailed, my normal day consist of working about 80 accounts a day from the A/R and answering in coming calls from patients resolving billing issue and payment posting, working denial and doing appeals. My manager is very caring and lets her staff working independent, our office is like a big family. my hardest part of my job is not getting resolution from upper management. The most enjoyable is the people I work with and the daily learning of new billing requirements for continuing education. overall 3 stars

I do not recommend this workplace

Training is poor and minimal, employees are offered little to no support. It's a company where it seems the patients can treat employees badly and the company will not stand up for the fair treatment of their employees. The way employees are spoken to and corrected often seemed avoidant and/or petty. I saw employees and even managers ask for help to do their jobs and there was a lot of talk about things improving but nothing ever changed. It felt like no one actually wanted to improve working conditions. There's a lot of burnout, frustration, and negativity throughout. Toxicity in this company made it a very unpleasant, unsupportive, unrewarding workplace.

Management gets more respect than the Doctors!

The employee turn over rate here is about 3 months because of the lack of professionalism these people have. The Doctors and MAs are amazing but management is horrible, doesn’t communicate, gossips with each other. Idc how much they’re paying, it’s not work your time or the ptsd that job comes with.

Unprofessional, Disorganized, High Turn Over Rate Workplace

I worked for this employer for many years, seen full staff over turns as often as every 3 months. They provide limited training to néw hires, place staff in positions they will fail in do to skills set and then act like they did the best for them . They have a manager pool of clicks that keeps revolving. They sit around , provide no help to staff then write you up for overtime. They never anywhere to be found and often pick and make favorites on staff. They will not provide raises and annual let go a dozen staff claiming slow work , but it’s really due to lack of training they provided or no help they provided and the staff is not successful or they have been there for years making to much money .

Lack of management

OverallLack of management, constant changes and you get no advanced notice. Lack of communication between staff members. Lack of training, you get trained by many staff members that also lack knowledge.
