If you're good at your job and have excellent property management skills, be prepared to have to work day and night for years before you get any recognition or promoted in any way. The cliques are insane.

The worst

I was discriminated for how I looked. They will change rules on you in a heartbeat. No one is ever on the same page with how things are supposed to be ran. Management will leave for hours. Everyone is always stressed out and lies about everything

Horrible place

Don’t work for them they are a horrible place to work at. Especially don’t live on any property! I was moved into one that had black mold grow in it!

Awesome Company to work for!!!

I love love CAF Management!!! Their an awesome company amazing upper management and ownership. This is one of the few companies that supports, respects and appreciates their employees as well as their properties! They encourage and push you towards success!!!

Great Place to Work

I enjoy working here. Pay is great. Benefits are a plus. I feel like I know everyone personally and feel very recognized in my role. I can’t wait to continue to work here for years to come. Really great company.

Excellent work environment.

What is the best part of working at the company?The personal administrative. Beautiful Apt. Complex. Great salary. All the benefits.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?It is a very large apartment complex. Very difficult to keep staff stable in maintenance. Due to the amount of work. Despite the fact that the owners of the apartments treat us very well.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Collaborative, people-oriented, family-like.What is a typical day like for you at the company?The day goes by very quickly with different tasks in different areas that one must fulfill, keeping one's mind busy and motivated.

Great company, I see it firsthand

Working for CAF has been an absolutely amazing experience for me. I can confidently say that the company culture is truly top-notch, and it's all thanks to the amazing leadership of the executive team. Their influence is felt throughout the entire organization, and it is incredibly inspiring to see how they lead by example.At CAF, everything we do is carried out with the utmost care and attention to detail. The team is always striving to achieve excellence in everything we do, and it is truly a joy to be a part of such a dedicated group of individuals. Collaboration is highly valued here, and everyone is encouraged to share their ideas and thoughts. Poor quality in all phases

I have bad experience working with this company because the people working in corporate don't see the good and hard workers...you need to be a good talker You need to be a good friend with someone in higher position..the company is excellent but unfortunately the people work for that company is terrible.. I love be a maintenance...I had been maintenance for over 25 years..

What stands out about the company

There is not any training at all! If the numbers go down then they send different people that never seem to be on the same page and they have so many fees to the residents I'm not sure it's legal. Prices are always wrong and you can't get any work done for the maintenance because they don't pay their bills!

Great company and benefits. Property Manager and Regional Manager are very involved and are willing to train and educate as long as you’re open to learning new ways.

No hay motivación

La empresa está excelente el problema son los encargados como Manager especialmente hay favoritismo en los trabajadores y no delega responsabilidades no hay equipo de trabajo pero la empresa CAF es excelente !!

Great workplace, decent pay, but could be better

Everything would be perfect if upper management assigned more budget for the improvement of properties. Customers kept complaining about issues we could not fix because we simply did not have the budget to buy the needed supplies. Great work atmosphere with coworkers, paid holidays, and many events for workers, though.

One of the best companies I’ve worked with

All in all, I miss this company. Good leasing commissions and the managers want to see you grow. The hourly pay for my position was on the lower end and didn’t realize until after I left but I think it factors in the size of the community, budget etc… this is the first property management company I’ve ever worked for and the leadership I had helped me exceed expectations in other management companies.

Toxic and cliquish

It's hard to explain how toxic this place is to work. For the elite popular, it's good, so long you remain in the elite popular group. Once you're no longer in that group, your days are numbered. The reason you may lose popularity is not based on your performance but based upon your honesty in how you can do your job better. They don't want to hear that. And, never go to HR because it will go right back to the EVP. It's their way or the highway, so just say yes, smile, wear your makeup, and for God's sake, lose some weight.

What is the best part of working at the company?Did not have the best experience. No training what so ever, I was doing my best with what I learned from my old company. The manager's were always being pulled so I was left working by myself all the time. They could not get the prices of the apartment to reflect correctly on the websites. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?They couldn't get a hold of their prices, they would charge for a lot. False advertisement online, did not train you. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?I did not feel appreciatedWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Busy, always on the go.

CAF would rather outside hire for more pay than promote within at less pay.

Great for learning the industry, but certain individuals can make your life miserable. They do not care if a resident screams at you, it is your responsibility to act professional.

quick advancement, nice AVP and VP, free lunch on occasion, commissions

Cons

Rude regional who brushes off residents, doesn't reply to his emails timely, Promotes concept of you can talk to me for anything, but goes around and tells property managers that employees shouldn't be reaching out to him, overall very cowardly
