Manager (Current Employee) – New Hampshire – October 29, 2019
This is the Food and Beverage industry so yes you work however there isn't a "cookie cutter" day. Everyday is different. I enjoy coming to work with a positive attitude and working in a friendly atmosphere. The management is supportive and it is a family owned company who truly care about you as an employee and not just an employee number. They take care of those who are self motivated and driven to add to the team and not just come in to get a pay check. Every account is so different based off of the clientele and needs of the account.
Lots of room to grow and learn. This is my first job out of college and I have continuously learned a lot while also have a great working environment that keeps it fun! The employees always show hard work and pride in their work as well.
very unorganized weak chain of command things changed daily alot of times felt left on an island didnt have alot of support alot of times I was by myself culture was tough went throgh a ton of help dealind with the patrons was ok
Lack of training from Upper Management to succeed. Stressful pressure from Upper Management. No cohesive goals and structure from Upper Management. Mislead in interview process. Worked more and harder. Job tasks and duties never explained. Upper Management cares less about numbers than serving quality food. Amazing Corporate Culinary team.

Manager an Co workers were awesome it was a small team but a great one because it was actually a team setting no one man for themselves manager on site was very understanding an made each task easier if help was needed
I enjoyed working with the students,I love to cook, It was a pleasure to talk with the teachers,Liked working with the staff in the kitchen, the hardest part of the job was when we have to leave in june
I love working with my staff. Seeing the children's smiling faces, poking their heads in the kitchen to say good morning is priceless. Team work is a definite must...just a fun place to work. I have been un the food service business for 40yrs, this is by far the best job. Money is the greatest for what I do...I do it for the love of the children.
Horrible training and management is never supportive and always yell at people its always about money could care less is staff has concerns or new ideas district manager horrible at training but corporate always wants there paperwork and you didn't even know you needed to submit it
