Packer/Shipper in Bremen, KY

I had the best supervisors, they was very understanding and very considerate of your situation. The only down fall there was some of their employees, very snobish, and childish. If you can deal with drama then it's the perfect place to work.

I had a very good experience with this job. I would of stayed longer, it's just the pay it's not enough they could keep the employees longer if the pay was higher. I would if stay but it wasn't enough to provide for my family. Management wise is great I had the best boss he worked with me on everything the best he could, he helped me out alot, it's a good resume job but it's not great if you try to make it a living unless your partner works.

It was a pleasure to be apart of the team. The company really prides itself on teamwork. Working and building as a team. Productive and stable place to work.
Packer/stacker/machine operator in Bushnell, FL
on May 2, 2021
I have worked with this company for over 6 years and the management sucks they don’t care about you just the numbers on the machine they will force you to do a 2 or 3 man job by yourself there is no communication if you have a life and need to know what time we are done for the day they laugh nobody knows what there doing the machine is always breaking I have excelled in every job they have to offer and don’t show them your full potential they will take advantage of you and don’t believe in raises and only one 10 minute break and a 30 minute lunch even if the day is 15 hours
Processing Supervisor in Searcy, AR

Always short handed Lots of regulations to follow Poor work/life balance If you have a team that works well together the job would be great. Management doesn’t care about what goes on in the plant just what the numbers say.
